Who Is Freddie Greswold - Founder & Nutritionist At Thrive Cognition

Hi guys,


My name is Freddie Greswold and I am the founder of Thrive Cognition, a nutrition company that has helped countless people get their nutrition back on track.


I have studied clinical nutrition at uni and from there I have built my own company to help as many people as possible. I first started to help people lose weight and get in shape - the classic right? But each and every one of my clients had the same issue. They all superficially wanted to look better but actually they wanted the life that came with it.

They all wanted to feel energised, feel focused, and actually feel like they have their stuff together and radiate positivity.


I stripped back my company and solely focused on changing peoples' diets in order to help them feel incredible and also look the way they want to. It wasn't easy and I had to part ways with some people who did not align with my goals. But I now have a business that I can take to the grave and really show people how nutrition can seriously affect your life in a positive way.


I thrive off the feeling of knowing I've helped someone transform the way they feel about themselves through simple nutrition education. This led me to start constructing an e-learning course for those who may not want one to one coaching but would rather complete a course at their own speed. This course is simply laid out in video form that will give you all the knowledge you need to completely transform your nutrition in order to earn more money and feel incredible.


As an accredited nutritionist I believe in one thing: That there is more to nutrition than weight loss.


And this is something most personal trainers do not understand. They simply give you a highly restrictive diet for 90 days straight to starve you and make you feel awful whilst losing a bit of fat. 95% of people in that culture regain all or more of the weight they lost when dieting. How awful is that?


I focus on mainly Monday to Friday (with guidelines for the weekend) to help you build a good relationship with food, feel focused at work, and to get the body you want. This all leads to a clearer mind and individuals enjoying work considerably more and working towards more money or a promotion and a happier overall life.


My aim is to really try help more and more people understand how simple nutrition can be and how it can really improve your life massively.
